Kelly Purselley
Founder/President
Kelly Purselley has over 20 years of ministry and nonprofit experience dedicated to developing ministry models and solutions to meet the needs of the suffering and wounded in society. She utilizes her skills in strategic thinking and planning to build ministry models that address both practical and spiritual issues. Kelly has built community models within the DFW metroplex while working in prison and prison reentry ministry and has a successful track record in securing large grants to launch new ministry initiatives. Kelly has served with the Clergy and Police Alliance with the FWPD since 2007 and is a graduate of the Centurion’s Program, a year-long study on Biblical Worldview under the late Chuck Colson. Kelly holds a bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Texas in Arlington and a Masters in Practical Theology from The King’s University.

Orlando Reyes
Secretary
Orlando Reyes is the Chairman of the Board for The Fort Worth HOPE Center and Senior Pastor of Without Walls Church. Orlando and his wife, JoAnn Reyes were the founders of The Fort Wort HOPE Center. Pastor Reyes has been in full time ministry for over 59 years and was the founder of Cornerstone Coffee Ministry, Cornerstone Christian Ministry and has pastored Without Walls Church of Fort Worth for 30 years. Their mission is to “Fight Hunger and Feed Hope” in Dallas Fort Worth impoverished communities.

Rick Mauderer
Vice President
Rick Mauderer is an educator and pastor with training in Structural Equation Modeling, Multivariate Statistics, Item Response Theory, Multiple Regression and Six Sigma. Rick has a master’s in educational leadership and did PhD work in statistics at the University of North Texas. Rick is passionate about helping people know their life purpose as well as healing from the trauma of their past. Rick has spent years in prison ministry as well as leading abuse recovery groups. He currently works as the Director of Instruction in a school district in Alaska and plays guitar, leads worship, and often speaks at his church. He also assists doctoral students with statistical analysis as they prepare their dissertations.
